Howdy! We’re a small-town boutique with big-heart service. Here’s our straight-shootin’ policy so you know exactly what to expect.

How Long You’ve Got

  • 15 days from the day you receive (or purchase in-store) to request a return.

What’s Eligible

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

What You’ll Receive

  • Store credit only for approved returns — no cash/credit card refunds.

  • Credit is issued as a digital gift card within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Treat your code like cash. Once emailed, we cannot look up or reissue the code if lost.

  • Store credit expires 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Sale/Clearance/Red-line items

  • Jewelry

  • Hats

  • Undergarments (including bodysuits & bralettes)

  • Swimwear

  • Skincare & personal care

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Email hello@bluesagewesternwear.com before sending anything back.

  • If approved, we’ll send instructions and, for online orders, a prepaid return label.

    • Label cost will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Want a different size/style? Email hello@bluesagewesternwear.com to confirm stock.

  • The fastest route: return the original item for store credit, then place a new order.

Damages & Wrong Items

  • Inspect your order when it lands. If damaged/defective or incorrect, email hello@bluesagewesternwear.com right away so we can make it right.
